Booking Policy
SweetHeart Brazilian Wax & Sugaring will attempt to confirm your appointment via email, text, or phone call. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call (not email) to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid a No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee on services that require a deposit.
💜 Grace Period: Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. If you are running late, it is recommended that you call and notify the studio.
💜 No-Show: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be considered a “no-show.” Any deposit applied, which is 20% of the service amount, may be non-refundable for no-shows or missed appointments.
💜 Walk-In Status: After the 10-minute grace period, your appointment may be released, and you may be treated as a walk in, seen on a first-come, first-served basis. If you decline to wait, you will be considered a no-show.
💜 Exceptions: The walk-in policy does not apply to appointments scheduled 30 minutes before closing that are longer than 30 minutes.
💜 Large services: If you are booked for a longer service, arriving late may mean the esthetician cannot complete the full service.
💜 Rescheduling: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a fee.
💜 Requested Esthetician: While we do our best to accommodate your preferred esthetician, specific esthetician requestsare not guaranteed. If your requested esthetician is unavailable, we will do our best to accommodate you with that esthetician or another trained professional to ensure your service is completed smoothly and with the same SweetHeart quality.
💜 Unconfirmed Reservations: All unconfirmed reservations are subject to cancellation.
