Hair Wax Specialist
As a Hair Wax Specialist at SweetHeart Wax, you will play a key role in helping our clients look and feel their best. You’ll be responsible for providing expert hair removal services through waxing, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your role will include:
Responsibilities:
- Performing waxing services, including eyebrow shaping, facial waxing, and body waxing.
- Conducting consultations to understand clients’ preferences and needs.
- Ensuring a clean and sanitized workspace, maintaining proper hygiene and safety standards.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest waxing techniques and trends.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
- Promoting and upselling additional salon/spa services.
- Managing appointment schedules and maintaining accurate client records.
Qualifications:
- A valid cosmetology or esthetician license.
- Proven experience as a Hair Wax Specialist in a salon or spa setting.
- Strong waxing skills and knowledge of various waxing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Passion for beauty and grooming services.
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
