Sweet Heart Brazilian Wax & Sugaring will attempt to confirm your appointment via email, text or call. If you are not able to attend your appointment, we ask that you call (not by email) to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION fee on services that require a deposit. If you are running late with notice, we will accommodate your service or services to the best of our ability without conflicting with other appointments.

CAN I GET WAXED WHILE PREGNANT?

Yes, you can still get waxed. You may experience discomfort due to hormonal changes but we will do our best to ensure you are most comfortable.

Yes, you can wax while on your period. The area is more sensitive during this time. For us to complete the service, you will need to wear a fresh tampon before your appointment.

CAN I GET WAXED WITH A SUNBURN?

No, we will never perform a wax on sunburned or unhealthy skin.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT ON WAX APPOINTMENTS?

Our policy requires guests under the age of 18 wanting a Brazilian/Bikini wax to have parental consent.
